DC Bloggers
UPDATED: DC Bloggers list 377 DC area bloggers, and provides a form to list your site. (As of April 2)DC Bloggers is organized along one long list, all in alphabetical order. It brings DC bloggers together and provides exposure. For site visitors, it’s a fast way to get an idea of the depth, breadth and variety of DC blogging.
There’s no subject matter grouping, and since many Blog names are clever but cryptic finding ones of interest is trial and error.
Details about the site, as well as links to its owners, are located on the FAQ page.
While there isn't real organization to its growing link list, I haven't found dead links on it -- and that's a real plus. Its owners says that D.C. Bloggers is dynamic and want to keep the list fresh. If a blog hasn’t been updated recently, it may be removed.
“I keep an eye on the ones I pull. If they update, I'll put them back in. Of course, if not being listed is costing you sleep, you can always use the form to contact the editor yet again," according to the FAQ.
An asterisk next to a link means that a site has been updated in the last 12 hours.
