DC Watch
DC Watch is one of the city’s best Web sites. It’s principal authors are Dorothy Brizill, its executive director, and Gary Imhoff, the group’s vice president and Webmaster.I’ve subscribed to its twice a week mailings for some time. A typical mailing begins with a comment on some local issue written by Imhoff. There's usually an opinion piece from Brizill and many others in the city who contribute regularly.
DC Watch includes an exhaustive listing of links on every imaginable issue facing the city.
It’s wonderful introduction to the city as well as an ongoing tutorial.
This Web site is one of the reasons why DC is such an alive, involved and interesting city. www.dcwatch.com
