From Craigs List: “Looking for kind 'connected' person to help find government job... The ad laments the inability of her husband, with strong credentials, to get a job in this city. In exchange for job networking help there's an offer of a finders fee or licensed massage.

Is it really that difficult to get a job in this city? I wonder. Unemployment, at around 3.5% is the nation's lowest for a metro area. The population base is expanding. But it's never easy.
