World Bank button ups

Dupont Circle. April. 16

The Washington Post described the World Bank protest as eclectic, subdued. The Washington Times called the protest spirited, small-scale. It was get-it-out-of-the-way coverage.

DCist wisely focused, instead, on the “strife” to get into RFK for the Nationals.

By the time the World Bank protests made it over to Dupont Circle you couldn't tell the protesters from the usual crowd, except for one or two large signs that blazed out, in neon obscenity glory, their anger with the world.

The rapid fire chess games went on as usual.

Noted:

Frozen Tropics has an exceptional photo published on its site. A dramatic work with a dynamic perspective of the Atlas.
