You have to love the name of this blog, Deglazed, because it sums up its subject matter perfectly. This is the story of a man who has decided to switch careers from "computer guy" to chef. I am scared out of my ever-loving mind, he writes in his first post earlier this month. Our writer, Good at Drinking, Bad at Life, turns out a clever and engaging post about people obsessing about food preparation at Chipotle, Subway and any other place where food preparers are watched as closely as bank tellers counting out hundreds.

Just wanted to let you know that your link to the post on Good at Drinking, Bad at Life actually goes here instead. It did, in fact, make me giggle a little, but it's not about food prep crazies.

I find it pretty hilarious that at this moment (6/17, 4pm) in dcblogs.com/live, there is one blog entry titled "Mean" (findingblanche.blogspot.com), and one right below it titled "Nice" (luckyspinster.blogspot.com).
Well, it's great for the easily amused anyway...
